1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the aq33 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and each individual who uses its services ("User"). aq33 is an online entertainment and gaming platform for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Opening more than one account under the same person's name, at the same household address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account login details, password, and PIN completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. You are responsible for any transactions or activities that take place on your account.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

aq33 is for users aged 21 and above only. At the time of registration, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. aq33 may request documents at any time to verify your age and identity, such as:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of your payment method (screenshot from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Proof of current address.

If verification documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended and withdrawals may be put on hold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

aq33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Please use only a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. All KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Playing with funds from credit cards or loans is prohibited.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, aq33 may place a hold on payments for investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the bonus turnover requirements have not been met.
• If there is any suspicion of fraud or money laundering, aq33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at aq33, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To use this bonus, a turnover of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games at aq33.
• The required turnover must be completed before converting the bonus to cash.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If a withdrawal is made before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.
• If promotional bonus abuse is detected, aq33 has the right to close the relevant account.

5.3 VIP Program

aq33's VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with weekly cashback benefits. aq33 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

5.4 Right to Modify Promotions

aq33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the aq33 platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. It is recommended that you read the rules of each game before starting to play.

6.1 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a technical error, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. aq33 is not responsible for losses caused by technical errors.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are logged on the server. In the event of a dispute, the server log record will be considered final evidence. aq33's games follow a fair play policy.

6.3 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 aq33's Rights

aq33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of an account being used by a minor.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through aq33 support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, provided the terms and conditions have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming
